Same story with my brother—he drinks soda all day and somehow his teeth are fine. I’ve tried switching to prescription toothpaste and using xylitol gum after meals, but honestly, it’s still a struggle. I do think cutting down on snacks helped a bit, but yeah, genetics seem to play a bigger role than anyone admits. Just feels like a constant guessing game sometimes.
