I got implants about three months ago after years of dealing with partial dentures. Honestly thought it would be a huge relief, but um... it's been a bit more complicated than expected. Eating feels weird sometimes, and I keep feeling paranoid they're gonna shift or something (even though I know they're secure). It's just different, you know? Has anyone else felt this way after switching to implants or dentures? Curious if this awkward phase goes away eventually.

Totally normal to feel that way—trust me, you're not alone. Implants can take a while to feel "natural," especially after years with dentures. Give it a few more months...soon you'll forget they're even there. Ever bitten into an apple yet? That's the real test, lol.
