"But hey, at least they're eco-friendly, so your gums might not notice, but the planet probably will..."

Haha, that's a great way to put it. My kid switched to bamboo brushes recently after their dentist recommended something more sustainable. Honestly, they didn't notice any difference either—still brushing just fine. Maybe softness varies by brand or something? Anyway, props for making the effort to help the planet... every little bit counts.

Haha, same here! I switched to bamboo brushes a few months back, and other than feeling a little "fancy" at first, my gums didn't notice a thing. Maybe the brand matters, yeah. Has anyone tried those toothpaste tablets yet? I've been curious, but my old-school self wonders if they'd feel weird or gritty compared to regular paste...

Tried 'em once on a camping trip—felt like chewing chalk at first, but honestly not bad once you get used to it. Anyone else find floss picks weirdly satisfying, or just me?

I gave those toothpaste tablets a shot too, mostly because they seemed cost-effective and eco-friendly. Honestly, the texture was a bit odd at first—definitely chalky—but after a few days, it felt pretty normal. Still prefer regular paste though, especially since I can find good deals on it.

Haha, totally get what you mean about floss picks... there's something oddly rewarding about them. Has anyone tried reusable floss holders? Wondering if they're worth the upfront cost in the long run.

Haha, floss picks are definitely one of life's weird little pleasures. I haven't tried reusable floss holders myself, but a patient of mine swears by hers. She said it took a bit to get used to (like your toothpaste tablets), but now she wouldn't go back. Personally, I'm still old-school with regular floss—probably because I once got a floss pick stuck between my teeth at work... awkward dental professional moment right there.
