Had some bonding done on my front teeth a while back and learned the hard way that coffee stains are no joke, lol. My dentist recommended sipping darker drinks through a straw, and it actually helps a ton. Also, brushing gently with a soft toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste made a noticeable difference. Curious if anyone else has random little hacks or tricks they've picked up along the way?

Ugh, I feel this. Just got bonding done recently and now I'm paranoid about everything I eat or drink, lol. I've been doing the straw thing too, but honestly, it's awkward sipping hot coffee through a straw... feels wrong somehow. One thing that's helped me is rinsing my mouth with water right after drinking anything dark - seems to keep stains from settling in as much. Does anyone know if whitening mouthwash is safe for bonded teeth? I've heard mixed things and don't wanna mess anything up.
