Meal planning did help me a bit, but honestly, I still struggled with random cravings—especially late at night. What worked for me was prepping a few "safe" snacks I could grab without messing up my aligner schedule too much. Like, I'd cut up fruit or keep some yogurt handy. I also tried to distract myself when cravings hit (lots of water, sometimes just brushing my teeth early). It wasn't perfect, and I definitely slipped up sometimes... but it helped lower my stress since I knew what my options were.
