Baking soda paste is my go-to too—it’s wild how much better it works than those cleaning tablets. I’ve tried the UV toothbrush thing for teeth, but honestly it just felt like an expensive nightlight. Whitening toothpaste helps a bit, but I swear coffee stains are like tattoos for teeth. I get anxious about it too, especially before dentist appointments… always worried they’ll judge my caffeine habits. If you find something that actually keeps teeth white for more than a week, let me know, because I’m still searching.

I totally relate to the coffee struggle—no matter what I try, those stains just keep coming back. Baking soda paste has been the only thing that makes a real difference for me too, but even then, it’s not a miracle worker. I actually asked my dentist about this and she said some people are just more prone to staining, even with good habits. One thing that helped a bit was switching to an electric toothbrush with a whitening head... not dramatic results, but my teeth do look less dull over time. Still, between coffee and red wine, it feels like an uphill battle.

Coffee stains really are persistent, aren’t they? I’ve dealt with it for years, and honestly, it’s frustrating when you’re putting in the effort and still see those dull spots. My dentist mentioned age can make a difference too—enamel just doesn’t bounce back the same way. I tried one of those whitening pens last winter, but it made my teeth way too sensitive. I ended up sticking with the electric brush and a gentle whitening toothpaste. It’s slow progress, but at least my teeth don’t ache anymore... Sometimes I think the only real answer is to pick between coffee and white teeth, and I’m not ready to give up my morning cup.

I totally get where you’re coming from—coffee is non-negotiable for me too. But honestly, I’m not convinced it has to be a choice between coffee and white teeth. My dentist actually suggested oil pulling (I know, sounds weird) but swishing coconut oil for a few minutes before brushing did make a difference over a few months. Didn’t mess with my sensitivity either, which was a huge relief. It’s not a miracle or anything, but it helped more than I expected... Maybe worth a shot if you haven’t tried it?

I’ve actually tried oil pulling too—my mom swears by it, so I figured why not? At first, I thought it was just another internet trend, but after a few weeks, my teeth definitely looked a bit brighter. Didn’t do much for the stubborn coffee stains, but it did help with that weird “fuzzy” feeling you get sometimes. Honestly though, I still rely on whitening toothpaste and those little floss picks way more. Maybe I just don’t have the patience for swishing oil every morning...
