You’re right about herbal teas—people are always surprised when I mention that. It’s not just the obvious culprits like red wine or coffee. Using a straw for iced drinks is such a simple hack, but it really does help cut down on staining if you’re consistent. And yeah, waiting a bit before brushing after acidic foods makes a big difference for enamel. You’re definitely on the right track, even if it feels like small stuff. Those habits add up over time.

Herbal teas totally fly under the radar, right? I used to think I was being “healthy” with my daily mug, but then my hygienist pointed out the stains creeping up. Have you noticed if certain flavors stain more than others? I swear hibiscus is the worst for me. And about waiting after acidic stuff—how long do you usually hold off before brushing? Sometimes I forget and just go for it... oops.
