Been using this rust-proof coating on my outdoor bridge for about two years now, and um, gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. Seems to hold up against rain and humidity pretty well. Curious if anyone else has had similar results or maybe something even better?

I've been thinking about trying something like that, but honestly, I'm a bit skeptical about these rust-proof coatings. Do you notice any peeling or flaking after a couple of years? I ask because my neighbor used a similar product on his metal fence, and after a year or so, it started peeling pretty badly. Granted, he might've skipped some prep steps or something, but it made me wonder if these coatings really hold up long-term or if they're just a temporary fix.

Also, have you considered galvanizing instead? I heard it's pricier upfront, but supposedly lasts way longer without needing touch-ups. Not sure if that's true or just marketing hype though... Has anyone here actually tried galvanizing their outdoor metal structures? Curious if it's worth the extra cost or if these coatings are good enough in the long run.
