Mashed potatoes and applesauce are decent, but honestly, I found savory soups way more comforting after my orthodontic work. Have you tried blended lentil or squash soups? They're filling, nutritious, and the warmth really helps soothe soreness. Applesauce cups got old fast for me... too sweet after a while. Maybe it's just personal preference, but savory options felt more satisfying long-term. Did anyone else lean more toward savory than sweet during recovery?
