Seriously, I've gone through like three different mouthguards in the last couple months and it's driving me nuts. One was way too bulky, felt like I had a brick in my mouth, another one was so flimsy it barely stayed put. And don't even get me started on the taste of some of these things...ugh. Is it just me or is finding a decent one way harder than it needs to be? Curious if anyone else has had this same struggle.

I totally get this struggle. Tried one a while back that felt like I was chewing on an old tire, not exactly the best experience. Took me ages to find something comfortable enough to stick with. Ended up asking my dentist about itβ€”she recommended a custom-fitted one. Bit pricier but honestly worth it for the comfort alone. Hang in there, you'll find the right fit eventually...
