My dentist gave me a weird sleep gadget, now my dreams are getting strange...
So my dentist convinced me to start wearing one of those mouth guard things at night because apparently I grind my teeth like crazy. Fine, whatever. But ever since I started using it, my dreams have gotten really bizarre - like, vivid and kinda surreal. Last night I dreamed I was trapped in a giant marshmallow factory trying to chew my way out... coincidence? Has anyone else had odd dreams or sleep changes after using one of these things?

Funny you mention that - I had a similar experience when I first started using mine. Dreamed I was chewing through endless bubblegum tunnels... weird, right? Eventually, things settled down though, so maybe it's just your brain adjusting. Hang in there!
That's actually reassuring to hear someone else had a similar experience. When I first got mine, my dreams went from pretty normal to straight-up bizarre overnight. One night I vividly remember trying to swim through a giant bowl of oatmeal - talk about exhausting... But yeah, after about a week or two things mellowed out. Maybe it's just our brains figuring out what to do with this new gadget? Either way, you're definitely not alone in the weird dream club. Hang tight, it'll probably get better soon.
