I've been using stainless steel scrapers for a while now, and honestly, they're pretty forgiving. I mean, I do try to dry mine off regularly (dental professional paranoia kicking in here, lol), but even when I've forgotten, it's held up surprisingly well. Copper looks great and all, but knowing me, I'd probably stress way too much about the upkeep... stainless steel just feels safer for my anxiety levels, haha. Maybe copper's better for people who actually remember to dry things properly?
