We had a weird moment where my kid’s tray just wouldn’t seat on one front tooth, even though she swore it “felt fine.” No pain, but you could see daylight between the edge and her tooth. Chewies helped a little, but we ended up needing an extra week in that set. I totally get what you mean about pain not always being the red flag.
