Sticky foods are just ruthless, aren’t they? Peanut butter is like the final boss of denture challenges. I totally get what you mean about the “s” sound—mine used to come out like a snake with a cold. One thing that helped me was practicing tongue twisters, but slowly at first (and yeah, sometimes laughing at myself). It’s wild how much time it takes to adjust, no matter the price tag. For what it’s worth, it does get easier... eventually.

Honestly, I’ve tried the tongue twisters thing and it just made me more self-conscious—like, I couldn’t stop focusing on how weird my voice sounded. For me, reading out loud from a book felt less awkward. Sticky foods though... total nightmare, agreed.
