So I just found out electric toothbrushes can remove up to 21% more plaque than manual brushing... um, kinda makes me wonder if I've been brushing wrong my whole life, lol. Anyone else heard similar stats or is this exaggerated marketing stuff?

I switched to electric about two years ago after my dentist nudged me to try it. Honestly, at first I thought it was just hype, but my teeth genuinely feel smoother and cleaner now... could be placebo, but I'm convinced it's doing something right.
