Haha, granola bars...tell me about it. Ever had a filling pop loose mid-snack? Not fun. How early do you usually go back after treatment? I tend to worry a lot too, so I'm always debating if I'm being overly cautious or just smart. Last time I waited the full recommended period, ended up regretting it big time—lesson learned. Guess dentists are used to us anxious types by now though, right?
Granola bars are sneaky little devils...I lost a crown once biting into one of those chewy ones with almonds. Thought I was being careful, but nope—felt that dreaded crunch and knew instantly something was wrong. I usually wait the recommended time too, but honestly, I end up going back early half the time just to ease my mind. Dentists probably roll their eyes when they see me coming, but better safe than sorry, right?
Granola bars are definitely undercover dental assassins, haha. I haven't lost a crown yet (knock on wood), but I did chip a veneer once on a piece of popcorn at the movies. Spent the rest of the film obsessively running my tongue over it, convinced I'd ruined my smile forever. Of course, I was back in the dentist's chair first thing next morning. Anyone else have a snack they now approach with extreme caution after dental work?

Ugh, I feel this so much. My daughter chipped her tooth on a caramel apple at a fair last year, and she spent the whole evening panicking and checking it in her phone camera. Now caramel apples are basically banned in our house...or at least eaten with extreme caution. Popcorn's another sneaky one—we've learned to be extra careful with those unpopped kernels hiding at the bottom of the bowl.

Seriously, popcorn kernels are like tiny dental landmines. I cracked a filling on one last year during movie night and spent the next two days convinced I'd need a root canal (spoiler alert: I didn't, thankfully). Now I'm annoyingly cautious—my friends tease me because I shake the bowl obsessively to get rid of those sneaky kernels before eating. Better safe than sorry, right?
