Totally agree about smoothies getting old fast. Did you try scrambled eggs? They were my go-to because they're soft but still felt like real food. Also, yogurt with a bit of honey was soothing and easy to eat. Salt water rinses definitely helped me too, but did anyone else find cold drinks made their teeth ache more at first? Warm tea was way better for me in those early days...

Scrambled eggs were a lifesaver for me too, especially with a bit of cheese melted in—felt like actual comfort food without killing my teeth. Weirdly enough, cold drinks didn't bother me as much as biting into anything remotely crunchy. Even toast felt like chewing rocks those first few days, lol. Totally second the warm tea suggestion though; chamomile was my best friend for a while there. Also, mashed potatoes and mac 'n cheese were good options when I got tired of eggs and yogurt. Salt water rinses helped a lot, but I found using a sensitive toothpaste made a noticeable difference with that initial tooth sensitivity. Hang in there, it really does get easier after the first week or so...promise!
