Today I was grabbing lunch with some coworkers and totally forgot I had my aligners in until the food arrived. Had to discreetly pop them out at the table, but um... wasn't exactly subtle, you know? Anyone else had awkward moments like this?

Ugh, yeah—been there. Once I was at a friend's wedding and totally blanked until dinner was served. Had to sneak them out under the table into a napkin, hoping no one noticed (pretty sure someone did though...). Now I always try to slip away to the restroom beforehand if I know I'm gonna eat. Less anxiety that way, you know? Maybe keep a small case handy in your pocket or purse, just in case you need a quick getaway next time.
