What do you actually eat with aligners?

I just started Invisalign and wow, I didn’t realize how much of a pain it’d be to snack. I’m used to grazing all day but now I feel like I either need to wolf down meals or skip them. Anyone got tricks for quick meals or snacks that won’t stain or get stuck in the trays? Also, does coffee have to go or is there a workaround? Would love to hear what’s worked for you.

You’re handling it really well—seriously, that’s the routine I recommend to my patients. The peanut butter thing made me laugh... sticky foods are always a surprise hazard. It does get easier, and you’re teaching your kid awesome habits for life.
