Lately, my motivation to brush and floss just tanks whenever my mood dips. I know it’s important, but… the energy just isn’t there some days. Anyone have little hacks or routines that make it easier, or at least less of a chore?

Lately, my motivation to brush and floss just tanks whenever my mood dips.
I get where you’re coming from. My kid goes through phases where brushing feels like a battle, especially if he’s tired or grumpy. Have you tried changing up the routine? We switched to brushing while listening to music—sometimes it helps distract from the “chore” feeling. Do you think timing matters for you, like morning vs. night?
