Okay, this might sound kinda weird, but I recently had a tooth go a bit loose and it totally freaked me out, like flashbacks to childhood tooth fairy days lol. Quick poll: if a tooth goes loose, do you immediately panic-call the dentist or wait it out a bit first?

Haha, totally get that feeling! My daughter recently had her first loose tooth, and weirdly enough, it made me super aware of my own teeth... I'd probably wait a day or two, but if it stayed loose, I'd definitely call the dentist just for peace of mind.

I get the caution, but honestly, I'd probably hold off a bit longer before calling the dentist. Teeth can shift slightly over time, especially if you've had braces or dental work done in the past. Have you noticed any grinding or clenching at night? Sometimes stress or even just sleeping weirdly can make teeth feel temporarily loose or sensitive. I've had that happen a couple times myselfβ€”freaked me out at first, but it settled down after a few days. Of course, if it's really bothering you or doesn't improve soon, getting it checked out is never a bad idea. But a little wobble here and there isn't always cause for alarm...just part of the fun of adulting, I guess.
