Teeth feeling wobbly—dentist or home remedies first?

Okay, so I've noticed one of my teeth feels kinda loose lately, nothing major yet but enough to make me nervous. I've been googling around (bad idea, I know) and it seems like some folks swear by home remedies like saltwater rinses, special toothpastes, and stuff like that, while others say just go straight to the dentist for a deep cleaning or whatever periodontal treatment they recommend. I'm kinda torn—dentist visits aren't exactly cheap, but I also don't wanna mess around with my teeth, you know? Which route would you guys take and why?

Haha, totally get it—my wallet cries every dentist trip too. But honestly, loose teeth aren't something saltwater can fix. Maybe check if your dentist offers payment plans or sliding scales? Could ease the sting a bit...
