Had a minor procedure done last week (nothing major, but still kinda uncomfortable) and the doc said I'd probably feel some soreness or mild pain for a few days. Well, it's been almost a week now and I'm still feeling pretty achy, especially at night. I've tried basic stuff like ibuprofen and ice packs, but they're not really cutting it anymore.

I remember when my sister had something similar done, she swore by some herbal cream she got online (can't recall the name tho). I'm usually skeptical about that kinda stuff, but honestly at this point I'm willing to try anything. Has anyone here found something that actually works well for easing discomfort after treatments or minor procedures? Maybe some home remedies or something you wouldn't normally think of? Just looking for anything that might help me get some decent sleep again...

Have you tried a warm bath with Epsom salts before bed? I was skeptical too, but honestly it helped ease my soreness after a similar procedure. Worth a shot if nothing else is working...
