Glad to hear the saltwater rinse helped you out. I remember after my own biopsy, I was pretty hesitant too—just the thought of salt on a fresh wound made me cringe. But honestly, once I got the hang of it (like you said, warm water and just a pinch of salt), it was a total game changer. Another thing that really helped me was sticking to softer foods for a few days—smoothies, scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes... boring, sure, but it gave my mouth a break and sped up healing big time. You're totally right about things getting easier quickly; it's amazing how fast our mouths can bounce back. Hang in there, you're doing great.

I was pretty anxious about the saltwater rinse too, but it turned out to be surprisingly soothing. One thing I'd add is avoiding spicy or acidic foods—learned that the hard way... definitely slowed down my healing. Soft foods were a lifesaver though, especially yogurt and oatmeal.

Saltwater rinse was okay for me too, but I found chamomile tea cooled down to room temp even better. My dentist recommended it and it really calmed things down. Wish I'd known about avoiding citrus fruits earlier though... orange juice was not my friend!

Chamomile was decent for me, but honestly, aloe vera juice (the pure kind, not sugary drinks) was my go-to. Just swished gently, no harsh gargling, and it really soothed irritation. Also, learned the hard way—skip spicy stuff for a few days... trust me.

Definitely agree about spicy foods... I made that mistake once after my biopsy and regretted it immediately. Aloe vera juice sounds interesting, though—I'll cautiously give it a try next time. Thanks for sharing!
