- I didn’t have jaw pain, but my teeth grinding at night got way worse before braces. Didn’t even realize it was connected until after treatment.
- The tech now is crazy—my cousin just got scanned for aligners and they showed her a 3D simulation of how her teeth would move. Wild.
- Sometimes I wonder if the old-school metal brackets actually did a better job for tough cases, though... seems like aligners are more about convenience?
- Definitely agree it’s not just cosmetic. Chewing is so much easier when your bite actually lines up.
