Frozen grapes...that's a new one for me, haha. Honestly, I've found rice-filled socks heated in the microwave great for warmth, but freezing them just made them stiff and uncomfortable. Gel packs still win for cold therapy, IMO. Hang in there, recovery gets easier!

Frozen grapes sound interesting, but I'd worry about sensitivity...my teeth are already touchy enough after surgery. Gel packs have been my go-to as well—rice socks just didn't stay cold long enough for me either. Anyway, totally agree recovery does get easier with time. Hang in there, you're doing great.

Frozen grapes are tasty, but yeah, sensitivity after surgery is no joke... been there myself. If gel packs work better, stick with 'em. Recovery really does improve—you're on the right track.

Frozen grapes sound good in theory, but honestly, after my gum surgery, anything remotely cold was a total no-go. Did anyone else find even gel packs too intense at first? I ended up wrapping mine in like three layers of towel just to dull the chill a bit. Maybe I'm just overly cautious, but I was paranoid about making things worse or triggering more pain. Recovery definitely improved over time, though—by week two I was brave enough to try colder stuff again. Did you notice sensitivity easing gradually or was it more sudden? For me it felt like forever, but looking back it probably wasn't that long...

Yeah, my daughter had the same issue after her surgery—she couldn't handle anything cold at first either. Did you try room-temp compresses instead? Sensitivity eased up gradually for her too, took about a week or so...felt longer though.
