Yogurt and smoothies were decent, but honestly, cold applesauce was the real MVP for my kid. Easy to swallow, soothing, and seemed to help with swelling. Plus, less sugar than most smoothies...win-win.

Couldn't agree more—applesauce was our go-to as well. Haha, seriously felt this. I stocked up on fancy smoothie ingredients thinking I'd be sipping gourmet shakes all week, but after one attempt (and a blender explosion that looked like a crime scene), I quickly switched gears.
