I've had mixed results myself. Dentist trays were definitely more comfortable, but honestly, I didn't see a huge difference in the final whiteness compared to drugstore strips. Maybe my teeth just aren't that sensitive or picky? Curious though—has anyone noticed if one method lasts longer than the other? Seems like my results fade pretty quickly either way...
