I get where you’re coming from, but I’ve actually had some luck with the “natural” stuff—not as a replacement for the dentist, just as something to keep things stable between visits. Oil pulling never did much for me either, but switching to a super soft brush and using a water flosser made a noticeable difference. Maybe it’s not a fix, but my gums stopped getting worse. Ever tried switching up your brushing technique or tools before things got bad? Sometimes it’s those little tweaks that help stall the bigger problems. The cost is still a pain, though...
