"Ever tried eating salad post-braces? Nightmare territory."
Haha, totally relate. I remember confidently biting into a sandwich loaded with lettuce and tomato right after getting bracesβbig mistake. Took me ages to discreetly untangle everything... softer foods are definitely the smarter route at first.
Haha, sandwiches are sneaky like that... lettuce is the worst offender for sure. Did you find any unexpected foods that turned out to be braces-friendly? I remember scrambled eggs becoming my go-to comfort meal for weeks.

Haha, totally agreeβlettuce is sneaky AF. Weirdly enough, mashed potatoes became my braces MVP... soft, tasty, and zero drama. Who knew grandma-food would save the day?

Haha, mashed potatoes are solid, but honestly rice pudding was my surprise hero. Lettuce is sneaky, sure, but have you ever tangled with spinach? That stuff gets everywhere... I swear it multiplies behind the wires. Weird how braces turn everyday foods into mini adventures. Glad I'm not alone in the grandma-food appreciation club.

Spinach is definitely a stealthy adversary, but personally, I found sesame seeds to be the absolute worst. They're tiny, stubborn, and seem to wedge themselves into every impossible crevice. I still get anxious just thinking about eating bagels during my braces days... Did anyone else find themselves avoiding certain foods entirely out of fear they'd cause an orthodontic emergency?
