Been noticing lately my teeth aren't looking as bright as they used to (too much coffee, probs). Anyway, I've seen those whitening trays you can get online or from the dentist, but I'm kinda skeptical. Are they messy or uncomfortable? And do they actually make a noticeable difference or is it just marketing hype? I'd rather hear from people who've actually tried them before dropping cash on something that might not even work, you know?

I was skeptical too, but honestly, the trays from my dentist weren't messy at all—just a bit awkward at first. After about a week, I genuinely noticed my teeth looking brighter...coffee stains faded noticeably. Worth a shot imo.
I totally understand your hesitation—I felt exactly the same way before trying mine. Honestly, they weren't messy at all, just took a little getting used to at first. I noticed results pretty quickly too; nothing dramatic overnight, but after about a week or so my teeth definitely looked brighter and cleaner. I'd agree with this:
"coffee stains faded noticeably"
It's subtle but makes a real difference in confidence. I'd say it's worth giving it a try if you're curious.
