I've been experimenting with different mouthwashes that claim to whiten teeth, and honestly, most of them seem kinda meh. But one thing I noticed is if you swish with it for a full minute instead of the usual 30 seconds, it seems to make a noticeable difference. Maybe it's just me imagining things, but my teeth do look brighter after doing this consistently for a week or two. Curious if anyone else has little tricks or hacks they've stumbled onto for getting better results from these mouthwashes?
I've noticed something similar actuallyβswishing longer does seem to help a bit. Another thing that's worked for me is brushing lightly beforehand to remove surface plaque, then using the rinse right after. I feel like it lets the whitening ingredients get closer to the actual tooth surface. Could just be my imagination, but I've seen some improvement doing it this way. Might be worth giving it a shot if you're already experimenting anyway...
