Yeah, I noticed the same thing with those droppers—no matter how well I tried to rinse or even boil them, there was always a weird smell after a couple days. I just bought whatever was cheapest on Amazon and tossed them pretty often. As for the saltwater rinses, I honestly found them way more soothing than mouthwash. Less harsh, and my gums didn’t feel as raw. Took me back to when my dentist first suggested it after a tooth extraction years ago... funny how simple stuff works best sometimes.

That’s wild, I thought I was the only one who noticed that dropper smell. I started just using a fresh one every couple days too, felt wasteful but at least it didn’t gross me out. Saltwater rinses were a lifesaver for me—mouthwash just burned and made everything feel worse. Honestly, the simple stuff really does the trick sometimes, even if it feels almost too basic.
