Mashed potatoes were my jam too, but honestly, ramen noodles saved my wallet and sanity. Just broke them into tiny bits and swallowed carefully—felt like a college kid again, minus the late-night studying. Took me about 10 days to feel normal-ish, but the paranoia about food stuck around longer than the pain did... Hang in there, it'll get better soon enough.

Totally relate to this. Even weeks later, I was still nervously poking around my mouth after every meal. Did anyone else find themselves avoiding crunchy foods way longer than necessary?
