I've been noticing lately my breath is kinda off, you know, even after brushing. Did some googling and realized it might be related to gum health. Started flossing daily (I admit I used to skip... a lot), switched to an antibacterial mouthwash, and got one of those tongue scraper thingies. Seems better now, but not perfect yet. Curious if anyone has other tricks or maybe home remedies that worked for them?

Yeah, tongue scrapers help a lot. Also noticed drinking more water throughout the day made a difference for me—dry mouth can really mess things up. Ever tried oil pulling with coconut oil? Sounds weird, but kinda works...

Tongue scrapers are decent, but do you floss regularly too? Gotta admit, I used to slack on flossing because it felt like a hassle, but once I started doing it daily, my breath improved noticeably. Also, are you using mouthwash with alcohol in it? I heard somewhere that stuff can dry your mouth out and actually make things worse... kinda defeats the purpose, right?
