Tongue scraping definitely helps, but honestly, it's not always enough on its own. I've found that flossing regularly makes a huge difference tooβfood particles stuck between teeth can cause bad breath even if you're brushing and scraping religiously. Also, hydration matters more than you'd think. When I slack on drinking water, my mouth feels dry and stale no matter what else I do. Just something else to consider...
