Had a dentist appointment last week and mentioned my breath was kinda meh lately, even though I brush regularly. She said brushing alone doesn't always cut it, and suggested gently scraping my tongue every morning with the back of a spoon or a tongue scraper. Been doing it for a few days now and honestly, it's made a noticeable difference. Curious if anyone else has little tricks or hacks they've stumbled on for fresher breath...

Tongue scraping definitely helps, but honestly, it's not always enough on its own. I've found that flossing regularly makes a huge difference tooβ€”food particles stuck between teeth can cause bad breath even if you're brushing and scraping religiously. Also, hydration matters more than you'd think. When I slack on drinking water, my mouth feels dry and stale no matter what else I do. Just something else to consider...
