Had sealants as a kid too—my dentist was always joking about my molars being "Grand Canyons" for food bits. But I gotta admit, I slacked off big time as an adult and paid the price with a couple cavities. Got them redone recently, and honestly, the hardest part was trying not to drool all over myself during the procedure... glamorous, right? Definitely worth it though; haven't had any issues since. Mom really did know best after all.
