Mine definitely helped with morning tension, but daytime was a bit hit or miss for me. Weirdly enough, I caught myself clenching more when stressed at work—guess the guard can't fix my boss being annoying, lol. But overall, headaches did ease up noticeably after a couple weeks. Just hang in there... it takes a bit to get used to sleeping with that thing in your mouth.

Haha, totally relate to this. I've been using mine for about three weeks now, and while it's definitely helping with the morning jaw soreness, daytime stress is another story. Did you notice any initial discomfort or soreness in your teeth when you first started wearing it overnight? Mine felt pretty tight at first, and I kept waking up wondering if that's normal or if I was doing something wrong. Also, did your dentist mention anything about adjustments or follow-ups? Mine didn't really explain much beyond "wear it every night," so I'm curious if there's anything else I should be expecting down the line. Glad to hear your headaches improved though—hoping mine ease up soon too.

Totally normal, from my experience. When I first got mine, it felt like my teeth were being squeezed a bit too much, and I even had some mild soreness for the first week or so. It eased up gradually though, so hang in there. Dentists usually don't mention adjustments unless there's a specific issue, but it never hurts to ask at your next checkup... Glad it's helping your jaw soreness already!

Yeah, mine felt pretty snug at first too, like my teeth were getting a serious hug. I remember waking up a couple times thinking maybe I'd messed something up, but after about a week or two it got way better. Honestly, I think it's just part of your mouth adjusting to something new. Seems you're already noticing some positives with the jaw soreness easing off, so that's a good sign you're on the right track... Hang in there, it'll be worth it soon enough.

Totally agree with your take—those first few weeks can feel pretty weird. When I started using my aligners, it was almost like my teeth were protesting the change... especially the first few nights. But after about a week, I noticed the discomfort fading and it just became part of my routine. Curious, have you noticed any changes in your bite yet? For me, that was one of the first subtle signs things were shifting in the right direction.
