Been noticing my gums receding a bit lately... kinda freaked me out tbh. Quick poll: anyone here actually managed to improve their gum situation, or is it more like damage control at this point? Curious what worked for you guys.

Had some gum recession a couple years back and was pretty concerned myself. Did a bunch of research and honestly, it's mostly damage control once the gums have receded significantly. That said, I switched to a softer toothbrush, started flossing more gently (I was way too aggressive before), and added a water flosser to my routine. It didn't completely reverse things, but it definitely stabilized the situationβ€”no further recession since then.

One thing I'm still curious about is whether anyone here's tried oil pulling? I've seen mixed reviews onlineβ€”some swear by it, others say it's just hype. Would love to hear first-hand experiences if anyone gave it a shot...
