I've always been kinda paranoid about my gums, you know, especially since my dentist mentioned something about early signs of gum disease last time I went. Anyway, I stumbled across one of those online quiz things that's supposed to tell you if your gums are healthy or if you're headed for trouble. It asked stuff like if my gums bleed when brushing, if they're swollen or red, stuff like that. I mean, it seemed pretty basic but also made me second guess everything, lol.
Thing is, it told me I'm at risk and should see a dentist asap. But part of me wonders—is this quiz legit or just one of those scare tactics to get you into a dentist's office? Has anyone else tried one of these quizzes and found it accurate or helpful? I'm not sure if I'm freaking out over nothing or if this is actually a useful tool.

Honestly, those quizzes can sometimes oversimplify things and lean towards caution...but given your dentist already mentioned early signs, I'd trust their judgment over an online quiz. Better safe than sorry, right?
