I was super focused on cost, but I also paid attention to how upfront they were about pricing and extra fees. I actually skipped a place that looked great online but dodged my questions about payment plans. I agree, the vibe matters, but if they’re transparent and don’t rush you, that’s huge. And yeah, insurance was useless for me too. Still, worth it in the end for the confidence boost.
