Finally stopped my teeth from wiggling - here’s what worked for me

Totally get what you mean about wanting to catch things early, even when it feels like overkill. I’ve definitely hesitated before because I was worried about the cost of an “unnecessary” visit, but waiting has backfired on me too. Making it a game is such a smart idea - wish I’d thought of that when my kid was younger. It’s a balancing act, for sure.

Totally agree on the balancing act. I used to wait things out too, hoping they’d just get better on their own, but honestly, that usually just meant more stress (and sometimes a bigger bill). I finally started treating any weird tooth stuff like a “red flag” round in a board game - if it pops up, I deal with it right away. Not always fun, but it’s saved me some headaches. And yeah, wish I’d gamified the dentist for my son before he decided the waiting room was his personal wrestling ring...

I hear you on the stress - waiting always makes me more anxious, but I’m so scared of getting hit with a giant bill for something that turns out to be nothing. How do you decide when it’s actually worth booking an appointment? I second-guess myself every time...
