I’m starting to freak out a bit about gum disease after seeing my uncle lose a couple teeth in his 50s. I brush and floss (most days, anyway), but now I’m wondering if there’s something else I should be doing? Are there any mouthwashes, supplements, or routines that actually make a difference—or is it just luck and genetics? If you’ve managed to keep your gums healthy, what worked for you?
