Crunchy foods like apples and carrots definitely feel like they’re helping—I always get that “clean” vibe after eating them.

I get what you mean about the “clean” vibe—biting into a cold apple feels like a mini mouthwash sometimes. But honestly, I’ve had days where I munched on carrots all afternoon and still found spinach stuck between my teeth later. I think apples and carrots help a little, but they’re more like a snacky backup than an actual cleaning crew. Floss is annoying, but it’s the only thing that gets those stubborn bits out for me.
