Totally agree on the soft pasta thing—macaroni with cheese or Alfredo was way easier than spaghetti, which just felt like a chore. Instant mashed potatoes tasted weirdly artificial to me too, almost plasticky? I did try making smoothies with Greek yogurt, frozen berries, and a splash of orange juice instead of banana. That helped cut the grassy taste, at least for me. Also, adding a bit of peanut butter made it creamier and less “health food” but still gentle on sore teeth.
