No more cavities after regular fluoride sessions?

Honestly, I used to get at least one cavity every year, no matter how much I brushed or flossed. My dentist started doing those fluoride treatments every six months (the sticky stuff, not the rinse), and I haven’t had a single new cavity since. Not sure if it’s coincidence or what, but it feels like magic compared to before. Anyone else notice a big difference after starting fluoride? Or is this just luck for me?

I totally get what you mean. I started getting those fluoride varnishes during my braces checkups, and honestly, I was super skeptical at first. But yeah, my cavity count dropped big time after that—like, zero since my last few visits. Maybe it’s just luck, but I’m not complaining. The sticky stuff feels weird, but if it keeps me out of the drill chair, I’m all for it.
