fluoride at the dentist - worth the extra bucks or nah?

Last time I went for a cleaning, my dentist asked if I wanted to add fluoride for an extra fee. I said yes cuz my teeth have been annoyingly sensitive lately, especially with cold stuff. Honestly, not sure if I noticed a huge difference yet, but maybe it takes a few treatments? Curious what others usually do. Quick poll:

I usually go for it, especially since my teeth can get pretty sensitive too. Fluoride treatments aren't like an instant fix, though - they build up enamel strength gradually, so you might not notice a huge difference right away. For me, after a couple treatments, cold drinks stopped being such a pain. If sensitivity is bugging you, I'd say stick with it for another visit or two and see if things improve...worked out pretty well in my experience.
