Popcorn was my weakness too, but honestly, I kind of like the forced snacking break. Ever notice how much less mindless munching happens? I do miss the crunch, though. Anyone else sneak in a chip or two and regret it later... or is that just me?

I can definitely relate to the regret after sneaking in a crunchy snack. Early on, I thought one or two chips wouldn’t hurt, but cleaning up after felt like way more hassle than it was worth. What surprised me was how the routine of removing aligners for every meal actually made me rethink whether I was really hungry or just bored. That little barrier has honestly helped me cut down on unnecessary snacking—though yeah, I still miss the texture of popcorn sometimes. It’s funny how something as simple as aligners can make you so much more aware of your eating habits.
