That’s so relatable—after my last adjustment, even mashed potatoes felt like chewing gravel. It’s wild how much pressure those wires can put on your whole jaw. I totally get what you mean about headaches too; for me, they sometimes hit a day or two later. Hang in there... it really does get easier as your mouth adjusts, even if it doesn’t feel like it at the time.
