What does a bundled braces fee cover if the schedule changes?

When comparing braces payment plans, how can I tell whether a bundled treatment fee actually covers routine adjustment visits, including wire changes, or whether some visits are billed separately? I’m also wondering how missed or rescheduled appointments and extra visits are handled, and whether the agreement explains any added charges if treatment takes longer than expected. Those details seem important for comparing the likely total cost with a per-visit arrangement.

The extension terms are worth comparing separately: does the agreement cover treatment through a fixed end date or include a defined extension period, and what fee applies after that? A clear allowance makes the bundled total easier to compare with per-visit billing; an open-ended extension charge could wipe out the apparent savings.

Check whether the agreement defines covered adjustments by visit type, such as wire changes, and whether it caps the number of included appointments. A visit cap can affect the likely total even when routine adjustments are described as bundled.
